Jan has been a loyal employee of Dr. Kollias’ Tampa chiropractic and massage office since February of 1999! She has been an incredible Triathlete since 1986, who loves helping others improve their body through her therapeutic massage techniques. She has several wonderful accomplishments:

•  5 time Ironman finisher
•  2 time ITU Triathlon World Champion

When Jan’s not at the Tampa office, she can be found training in the pool or biking all around town!

Glo Brooks - Massage Therapist

Position: Tampa Massage Therapist

Glo relocated from Ohio to Largo, Florida in 2003 to care for her grandmother. She found her calling with the realization of the effects of touch and massage therapy in calming Alzheimer’s side effects. After her grandmother’s passing, she furthered her gifts at Remington College, graduating the top of her class with a 4.0. She joined Dr. Kollias' Tampa massage and chiropractic clinic in April of 2007 to provide relaxing massages.

Glo is known for her painless deep tissue work and muscular energy techniques!

Sonja Bounds - Massage Therapist

Position: Tampa Massage therapist, Chiropractic assistant

Prior to working at Dr. Kollias' Tampa chiropractic and massage clinic, Sonja has experience working with other chiropractors and medical doctors responsible for billing, marketing, verification of benefits and therapy. Sonja has been with Sheldon Road Chiropractic for one year assisting Dr. Kollias with manual therapies, spinal decompression and massage therapy. She received her massage training from Edu-tech in Clearwater, Florida. Her massage therapy techniques include: myofacial release, neuromuscular re-education, deep tissue, Swedish and muscle energy techniques. These techniques are excellent in assisting with pain management and pain relief.

Her petite frame can be deceiving but she demonstrates great strength with her massages!

Ursula Groll - Massage Therapist

Position:  Tampa Massage Therapist

Ursula has been a dedicated massage therapist for four years and has great experience in working with patients suffering from neck & back pain and additional pain ailments. Her specialties are deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy and relaxation massage. Previously worked at a physical therapy office.

When Ursula's not busy with her great massage techniques she and her daughter can be found in the kitchen baking desserts together!
