Consumer Reports asks "Should you visit a Chiropractor for back pain?"

Dr. Derr ran across this article from Consumer Reports which examines if patients should visit Chiropractors for back and/or neck pain. I thought that it was a fair and interesting examination of what we do and what the patient benefits of Chiropractic care are. Heres a snippet from the article. "When it comes to neck pain, a study of 181 people published in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that getting regular chiropractic care (about once per week for 12 weeks) could lessen discomfort better than acetaminophen and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Some research also suggests that chiropractic manipulation might work as well as medication for migraine headaches." To find out more about how our practice can help you visit us at:
