George A. Kollias D.C. is a 1996 graduate of Life Chiropractic college in Marietta Georgia. He has been serving the Westchase/Citrus Park area of Tampa since 1997. In 2000, he established Sheldon Road Chiropractic and Massage Therapy with the vision of providing both tried and true traditional Chiropractic techniques as well as utilizing new technological advances in the natural treatment of neck and back pain.
What led him to Chiropractic?
"I was a 21-year-old athlete who had never had a back or neck problem before. That changed when I injured my neck playing in a rugby match. For weeks I was in pain, barely able to move my neck and unable to stop the pain. I saw my family physician who prescribed medication, I saw an orthopedist who prescribed more medication but at the end of the day I was pretty much the same, in pain and unable to do the things I loved the most. Finally, one of my teammates suggested that I go see his chiropractor, Dr. Richard Markland."
"Never before had I gone in to a doctor's office feeling sick or in pain only to leave feeling pretty much fine, but on that day I did, and it changed my life. Dr. Markland examined my neck, took x-rays, showed me where the problem was, and then performed an adjustment on my neck and upper back. Afterwards, my neck felt so good that later that same day I was able to return to rugby practice after being out for weeks. I was so impressed that I eventually decided to quit my job and enroll at Life Chiropractic College".
"My favorite part of practicing chiropractic? I would have to say it's treating patients who are new to chiropractic itself. I often see patients who had resisted seeing a chiropractor but who upon the recommendation of a friend or a loved one comes to "try us out". The change that occurs when these patients see that chiropractic is safe and effective is always priceless."

"At Sheldon Road Chiropractic & Massage Therapy we seek to treat the patient as we would treat members of our own family."
Autumn M. Scaz, DC, received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in 2000. Since becoming a board certified Chiropractic Physician, she has had held a license in the state of Florida, as well as, the state of Tennessee. Prior to moving to Tampa in 2012, Dr. Scaz practiced in her home town of Sarasota, FL, with her practice focusing on family care, as well as spinal correction and rehabilitation.
While her parents introduced her to chiropractic at a young age, it was during her undergraduate studies at Stetson University that she experienced the true power of what chiropractic adjustment could accomplish. Majoring in Piano Performance and minoring in Exercise Science, she sought out chiropractic care to help with headaches caused by tension in the neck and shoulders due to several hours of daily piano practice. After several months of treatments she realized that, through chiropractic adjustments, she was unexpectedly free from another condition that she had suffered from since childhood, asthma. It was then that she decided to pursue a career in Chiropractic.
When asked what the most enjoyable aspect of being a chiropractor was to her, she replied “second to physically adjusting patients, I love to educate people on the anatomy of the human body”. Because of this passion for education, she has enjoyed teaching several semesters in the Nursing and Physical Therapy programs at Keiser University stating “I taught as an adjunct educator, meaning I taught classes at night, and my students consisted primarily of working adults who were going back to school for an education to better themselves, their lives and the lives of their families”.
Dr. Scaz is privileged and excited to be a part of Sheldon Road Chiropractic and Massage Therapy, where they continue to offer the latest treatment options and the highest quality of care.

What led Dr. Pally to Chiropractic?
“When I was 12 years old, I suffered a head injury during a soccer game that resulted in chronic sinus and allergy symptoms. Over the next 12+ years, I was referred to a variety of doctors and prescribed numerous medications. None of the doctors or medications provided any relief. At the age of 25, I saw my first chiropractor. He took x-rays of my entire spine and located the specific areas that were affected. I had no idea that an injury I sustained at the age of 12 could still be affecting my body at 25. I received my first chiropractic adjustment at the age of 25 and after 12 years of chronic suffering, I felt immediate relief. I have been without sinus and allergy problems ever since!”
“In 2015, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. The most difficult decision when receiving that diagnosis was deciding the type of treatment I was going to move forward with. One thing I knew for sure is that I would not stop my chiropractic care. It was important to me to make sure that my nervous system was checked by my chiropractor to make sure I was subluxation free and functioning optimally so that my body could heal to the best of its ability. I don’t just believe that chiropractic works. I know it works. I’ve lived it. I’m now cancer free!”
Dr. Pally graduated from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut with her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. At Post University, she played Division II Soccer. During school she decided that she wanted to be able to help people to heal naturally, so she went to the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. During her time as a Licensed Massage Therapist she specialized in deep tissue and sports massage acquiring skills and a perspective that augments her skills as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
“I graduated from Life University in March of 2017 with my Doctorate in Chiropractic. Before graduation from Life University, I had the opportunity to work in Peru for 3 months to help spread the word of chiropractic care in another country. It was an amazing experience and I helped hundreds of people understand and heal with chiropractic care. I’m passionate about chiropractic and became a chiropractor to help as many people as I can heal naturally to live a happy and healthy life. I look forward to helping you on your journey to get well naturally!”
Dr. Pally or Dr. “E” as her friends and patients call her grew up just south of Boston, MA. She has a love of sports, her favorites being soccer, football, mixed martial arts and power lifting.
